We’ve released many new features in January and February 2025, with a big focus on quality of life improvements for our users, new enrichments, AI, and more!
Many of you have requested that we add the ability to use your own API keys and select which model you want to use when accessing AI Enrichments. We’ve rolled those features out so now you can:
Select which AI model you want to use. We currently feature OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, and will be adding Mistral & Deepseek soon.
Use your own API keys for AI models
Drop in pre-made prompt templates tailored to specific use cases
We ran into several infrastructure limitations in November & December, which caused some enrichments to get stuck in queue or take longer to complete. We’ve upgraded our infrastructure, making Databar up to 6x faster and error-free!
From our benchmark testing, Databar is now the fastest data enrichment platform on the market! ⚡
Long text inputs will now go to the next line if the text doesn’t fit, making it easier to provide long form inputs.
We’ve released an updated UI for shared & public tables. Share Databar spreadsheets with your team and clients with more ease!
Whether you cancel requests, run all rows, or add new enrichments - we will keep you informed on everything that’s happening in your tables.
Copy specific values from JSON columns. There is now a ‘copy’ which lets you copy a specific value from any JSON cell to your clipboard.
Auto-fill column names - we’ll now auto-fill column names and new table names when exporting JSON values to a new column.
Previously, if you used the JSON expander to extract a value to a new column, we would run all rows (even empty rows). We’ve corrected that logic so the expander only runs on rows where there is data to extract.
Increased JSON Expander speed so it now runs up to 12x faster.
Our find leads modal is now more structured, giving two main categories - intent leads and regular search connectors. We’ve also added connectors which allow you to get hyper-specific with your personalization & outreach.
We’ve implemented a new chatbot which can search our docs & API library to answer any questions you may have about Databar.
This feature is in Beta and powered by a third party service, we will be making updates to it as we go.
We’ve updated the UI for starting a new project, giving you a better overview of the available options. We’ve also added two a new button on this page, can you guess which one? :)
The new button is Browse pre-made lists and datasets! Did you notice that one? We’ve rolled out pre-built datasets, which are curated datasets from our team which you can simply copy & paste into your workspace! Datasets include lists of companies, organizations, and professionals. Right now, we have two databases online:
Give it a try » View all databases
For a long time we were missing a critical feature - you couldn’t edit exporters after setting them up in your tables. We’ve corrected that so now you can edit exporters any time you need to.
We’ve also added the ability to run exporters automatically and set run conditions for complete automation.
Bonus: We’ve added auto-runs to enrichments and custom API integrations! So you can now automatically launch custom integrations if certain conditions are met.
Found a workflow that works well? Duplicate it! Simply select the table you want to duplicate and click Duplicate to create a copy of your table.
We’ve updated our filters to make it easier to find the records you’d like to focus on. Currently we only support AND filters and plan on releasing OR filters in March.
You can now select individual cells and copy/paste them into Google Sheets. You can also copy values from Google Sheets & paste them directly into Databar.
Please note, any pasting into Databar tables will overwrite existing values! We currently do not support undo features, please ensure that you are certain of the values you want to paste. Both rows and columns will be pasted into/out of Databar.
We’ve moved waterfall enrichments to their respective category so everything happens in-context. Enrichment categories that contain a waterfall enrichment are now also marked with a waterfall icon as shown below.
We plan on releasing a waterfall for phone numbers, company data, and reverse email lookup in the coming weeks.
We’ve updated our pricing to pack your account with more credits & features as you scale your motions. Our new pricing plans can be found here.
The new plans are as follows:
Launch - $39/mo with 1000 credits/mo
Scale - $129/mo with 8000 credits/mo
Expand - $449/mo with 50,000 credits/mo & unlimited requests with custom APIs & API keys
Each plan also has varying access to features. If you already have an active plan it will be grandfathered & you will stay on it until you cancel your subscription.
True/False type parameters now let you set True/False/None values with an updated UI. Previously, you were only able to set True/None values.
Parameter fixes - we’ve updated multiple choice & choice type parameters helping you set the right filters for API requests without having to go to the API docs.
Improvements to enrichment search - we’ve re-ranked enrichment searches so more relevant values now appear at the top.
Other UI fixes for enrichment setups & data sources.
Scroll bar enlargement on hover - if you need to scroll your table horizontally and hover over the scroll bar at the bottom of the page, it will become bigger to make it easier to view your data.
We’ve released many new integrations which we’ve announced in separate posts. Here are some of the more recent recaps:
