On 1 October 2026 our new Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum take effect. They replace our 2021 Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; the Data Processing Addendum is published publicly for the first time.

Your plan and pricing are not changing. If you have a signed Enterprise agreement or custom Order, it takes precedence where the two conflict.
