Hubspot Companies & Contacts

Hi,

I am trying to import my hubspot company and contact data via the api, its bringing only 10 results in, if I set to run every 1 min its bringing the same results in? is there a way to do this so all companies and contacts come in so I can enrich and this will send the new data back to hubspot? Also is it possible to link up fields on table with the hubspot field to bring more data through?
